Chiranjeevi and his Political Entry-Part 2

Did the elopement of Chiranjeevi's second daughter indicate his failure at coming to power???

Yes for sure. The fifth house indicates both children and also Power and fame. Before he announced formation of the Praja Rajyam party in 2008, on 17 th October,2007 his second daughter got married against his wishes.How ever she returned to her parents in 2011 due to the harassment done to her by her husband.The event of her marraige against his wishes indicates that all the 5th house significations are effected negatively and hence also indicates the disappointment he would face in politics.

His moon sign is Virgo and Saturn is the 5 th lord who signifies Children and also Power and fame in his horoscope.The marraige happened with in months after his Seven and Half years Saturn period started when from 15 th of July,2007 Saturn entered Leo his 12 house from Natal Moon. 5 th Lord in the 12 th house shows seperation from children and also loss of Power and fame.

The irony is, he became a member of Rajya sabha after his daughter returned back to him in 2011.

His Saturn dasa ended on 16 th May,2012 and he is now running Mercury dasa the 9th and 12th lord who has a ashtakavarga score of 5 in BAV. This dasa should be more favourable to him than the Saturn dasa and give him good results overall.

As today is his birth day,firstly let us wish him a very happy birth day.
From the astrological point of view, let us see how his chances are in Politics.

General Overview of his horoscope : The predominant features we can see in his chart are the following :
1.Saturn exalted in Libra which is his natal ascendant forming a Sasa Yoga.This Saturn has a 75% aspect from Jupiter who is in Cancer
2.Jupiter is in exaltation in Cancer,which is his 10th house of profession,forming a Hamsa Yoga.
3.Sun in his own sign Leo.
4.There is a four planetary conjunction in Leo of Sun,Mercury,Mars and Venus.Out of this four planets Mercury and Mars are combust.Mars is the 7 th lord and Mercury his 9 th lord.
5.The SAV in his 10 house which shows his career and his social status is only 25.The 5th house of Fame and Power has only 23 score in SAV.These are very important indicators to judge his political jouney.From the time he started his Party, he started losing his fan base due to some wrong statements and policies.

Analysis for the period he started his political Journey :

Firstly, i would like to say the time he started his Political journey was at a very wrong time.When he launched his party,following are the astrological pointers which were adverse to the new beginning :

1.He was running the first phase of the  Seven and Half years Saturn period with Saturn's ashtakavarga score being only 3 in BAV
2.Saturn has, an year back transited over his natal Sun. This meant retirement and change over into another profession which would not be so successful as the previous one.
3.The next transit of Saturn was over his natal moon in Virgo. In Virgo,the SAV Strength was only 17 and Saturn's strength was only 1 out of 8.
I believe the transits are clearly indicating the change over into a new career and subsequent failure.His party has won 18 seats out of the 294 seats in the assembly and had to sit in the opposition benches.For a man who visualised himself  as the next chief minister of Andhra Pradesh,this was definitely a disappointment.

When there were two strong Political Parties, the Congress and Telugu Desam, he started a third alternative with the same policies.But the saving grace was he had helped the Congress by splitting the Telugu Desam Vote Bank and could garner about 16 % votes,which was considerable for a new party.This helped him to merge his party with the Congress.

He should not have entered into Politics in 2008. The transit of Saturn with such a weak strength over natal moon shows the psychological pressures he faced after September 2009.

He might not have taken advise of the astrologers or the astrologers whom he consulted should have misguided him.

To Conclude, i feel, Two Pancha Maha purusha Yogas and a very strong Sun(with a Shadbala of about 203%) and in his own house definitely make him a Minister but the Ashtakavarga scores in the 10 th of 25  and 5 th house of 23 only show turmoil and many upheavals and disappointments in his political journey.

The Day when Jesus was Crucified

Recently, a writeup was published in the e news magazine,DNA, saying that Researchers on a study of earth quake activity at Dead Sea,came to a conclusion that the date of Crucification should have been 3rd of April 33AD.

The day going dark as mentioned in the Gospel by Mark may allude to a Solar eclipse on the day.He also mentioned that an earth quake happened and the saints were resurrected on the same day.

On a study of the Astrological Pointers showing up on the day which support the event of crucification of a man who is believed to be the Son of God, the following are observed :

1.An opposition of Jupiter and Retrograde Pluto was happening at the time. Pluto was in Sagittarius and Jupiter was in Gemini. on 3rd April, both the planets were in exact opposition. Pluto was at 18 Sg and Jupiter at 18 Ge.Jupiter signifies Preceptors and Pluto in Sagittarius,signifies Niryana of a great preceptor.2.A lunar eclipse happened on the day.3.On the day,Sun,the natural atma karaka  is extremely strong by being in Aries and with 216% strength in Shadbala.Sun on the day is conjunct with Rahu 4.Rahu is in the constellation of the Moksha Karaka Ketu and Ketu is in the Constellation of Rahu.

The time period in general definitely signifies Niryana of a Great Soul/Avatar

How ever, these combinations do not support the description of the day going dark for three hours.On a search for a more appropriate date, we can observe that On 19th of March 33 AD,there was a Global Solar Eclipse which started at 11.30 in the morning. The crucification was said to be done in the morning at 9.00 am as per Mark.

This day seems to be more appropriate to me.The astrological Pointers are as follows :

On the day, Jupiter was conjunct Mars and is in opposition to Retrograde Pluto.This combination shows the torture of the Great soul. 


Sun the natural aatma kaaraka is with a strength of 225% in Shadbala and is in Airaavatamsa in Dasavarga.Airaavata is the vehicle of the king of Gods.

The Total Solar Eclipse is very peculiar that day as it happened at 0 Degrees Aries which is the exaltation sign of Sun. Sun in Rasi Sandhi and conjunct the Rahu/Ketu which are in each others constellations,signify very strong Spiritual forces in action at the time.This conjunction denotes the merger of a great soul into the Paramatma (Sun). The Rahu/Ketu axis should have acted as the path way.

The start of Kaliyuga was said to be when all planets were conjunct at the start point of Aries. On this day under study, there was an eclipse at the start of Aries which may mean the end of a great soul. 

The Sun signifies Father.It is very significant in this context as Jesus referred to himself as the Son of God and Sun is thus eclipsed on this day.In this context i would like to mention the last words of Jesus wherein he requests his father :

On a study of the  Khavedamsa chart for the day, we can see Jupiter debilitated in Capricorn which is an earthy sign and retrograde Saturn in Scorpio the eigth house in opposition to Taurus which is an earthy sign showing that an earth quake should have happened on the day.

Power Grid Failures in North India and US

Today,the whole of North India plunged into a worst power crisis in a decade when the Northern Power grid collapsed.Railways and water supplies were severely hit throwing normal life out of gear.

As said in my previous post,Mars conjunct with Saturn in Virgo in Opposition to Uranus was the reason for the Power failure.

Mars is thus described 'धरणी गर्भा संभूतं विद्युत कान्ति समप्रभं '. From this description, we can comfortably assign the signification of electricity to Mars among the inner planets.Uranus among the outer planets is the significator for Electricity.

 Mars entered Virgo on the Mid night of 21st June to be conjunct with Saturn. Both are Malefics and when conjunct ought to cause mishaps and catastrophes.   Uranus on the other hand signifies sudden events and as said above, electricity

Power Grid failures first happened when North America was hit by severe storms in the last week of June causing disruption to supply of electricity.Millions of people in the Eastern US experienced Power supply failure and now it happened in India. 

The conjunction mentioned above is the main reason for Power failures in both the cases.

Fire Accident in Tamil Nadu Express at Nellore,Andhra Pradesh

S11 coach of the Chennai bound Tamil Nadu express has caught fire causing death of more than 25 passengers at Nellore,Andhra Pradesh.This is the effect of the Mars Saturn conjunction happening in Virgo.Mars is at 20Vi and Saturn at 29 Vi. Mars is the significator of Accidents and Saturn is the significator of people. More over,Saturn is in the constellation of  Chitta which is lorded over by Mars.Jupiter in Taurus,has an 84% aspect over Mars and 54% aspect over Saturn.This aspect should have caused the fire not to spread into other coaches.

On a look at his chart prepared with the above details,while there are many combinations which contribute to his success and fame, following are some Yogas and combinations which show his life and status :

The Lagna Lord,Mercury,Jupiter and Venus are placed in Kendras.As Both Jupiter and Mercury are Vargottam and exchanging each others places, both are more benefic and also are with good strength in Shadbala and Ashtakavarga.  This combination gives rise to Longevity,wealth and alignment with political Powers (Source : Sarvaartha Chintamani).

On a look of Dimple Kapadia's horoscope chart, we can see that, her Ascendant is Pisces and Moon Sign is Virgo.From the Ascendant, Saturn's transit is in the 7th house of spouse and from the Moon sign, Saturn is transiting over the Moon sign aspecting the 7th house of the spouse showing separation from spouse.
