All is not Well for Telengana

Loksabha passes the 'Telengana Bill' on 18th February.The bill with all  amendments was passed at about 4.27 pm(http://news.in.msn.com/national/blog-telangana-bill-passed-in-lok-sabha). Time of Passing of  bill in Loksabha has to be taken as the  formation/birth time of the 29th state of India as the bill is classified as  a Finance bill and cannot be rejected by  Rajya Sabha.President's approval of the bill too is only a formality.For all purposes, time of passing of the bill in Loksabha is the authentic time of  birth of the new state.

Chart prepared for the time shows the ascendant as Cancer and the Ascendant lord Moon in the Third house Virgo. Here in is the chart prepared for the time :

Placement of the Ascendant lord in the third house makes the incumbent state to have a courageous temparement.Moon as the ascendant lord in the sign of Virgo shows the state would have a famous woman chief minister in future.

However, more planets in the Movable/chara rasis result in the formation of a Rajju Yoga which  causes the state to be of an ever changing nature,indecisive and a fickel mind

Fourth house in a mundane chart like this rules masses,natural resources,agriculture,mines,minerals,landed properties,peace,general stability,natural calamities,educational institutions,law and order,housing and communal harmony. In the chart, fourth house from the Ascendant,is Libra and  has a combination of the three great malefics Mars-Saturn-Rahu. Undoubtedly,the state would be much more afflicted by the naxal menace. All the above mentioned significations of the fourth house are sure to suffer. Malefics aspecting the 10 th house is calamitous to the Chief ministers,top executives,Representatives of people like MLA s and MLCs.  Saturn being in the rasi sandhi between Libra and Scorpio is not good for the 4 th house significations. Being in the rasi sandhi, Saturn becomes all the more malefic in this chart.

Co incidently,almost at the same time when the state formation is formalised in Loksabha, there was an announcement by the Atomic Minerals directorate that deposits of Ianthanite, a rare mineral of Uranium has  been found in Akkavaram village in Mahabub Nagar district (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/hyderabad/Ianthinite-rare-uranium-oxide-mineral-discovered-in-Mahbubnagar-district/articleshow/30623749.cms) which is now part of Telengana.This discovery is the result of the combination of Saturn-Rahu and Mars in fourth house as the house rules over mines and minerals as said above.

The state would be soon classified  as a earth quake prone zone with higher risk than that before.Mars transits back and forth over its natal position in the year would cause turbulent and violent situations apart from causing wide fluctuations in the land prices.Mars the bhoomi karaka in the Fourth house which rules over the lands causes the land prices to plummet to all time lows.

More areas with deposits of minerals would be identified in the near future.

Vimsottari Dasa of Moon- Saturn is running now. While is Moon is a benefic by being the lagna lord,Saturn is a malefic by being the 7th and 8th lord in the chart.In addition, as Saturn is in Rasi sandhi as said above between the fourth and fifth houses and would cause some unwanted situations. This can be confirmed from reading the 'Ashtamsa' Chart which shows sudden and unexpected events. The Saturn transits, foraying into Scorpio and turning retrograde and returning to Libra would cause  unwarrented situations very soon.

Transit strengths of Saturn in Scorpio,in Ashtamasa, are very low .The current period till March 24 th and again from November this year till end of 2017,when Saturn transits Scorpio, Unrest  would be at its peak in the new state.Main leaders would have to be very very cautious as Saturn transiting Scorpio would be aspecting the natal Ashtamsa positon of Mars,the 10 th lord in  Rasi chart. 

The Jupiter-Saturn return,Mars and the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh

Started on 26 th November,2012,the Chart of AAP shows features very characteristic of its way of functioning what we are seeing now.
First is the placement of Mars - Pluto combination in the Sagittarius ascendant.This gives the outfit a very impulsive nature and violent too

Second is the Sun- Rahu in the 12 th house to the ascendant.This combination makes the party act against the authorities always. Both the afore said combinations denote danger to the main leaders. Both the above combinations may cause the outfit to tread into a self destructive path.

The rise to power and fame of the party may only be a bubble and as per me, the party's effectiveness would only be till November this year and after that when Saturn transits over the Natal Sun in the chart the party may be dissolved altogether.

Jiddu Krishnamurthy a spiritual revolutionary - an astrological perspective

His chart prepared as per the birth details given on the astro data bank site is given adjacently.The chart shows placement of Ninth lord of fortune in the Ninth house,Tenth lord of status,fame and success in the Tenth house and the Eleventh lord of Gains and friends in the Eleventh house. These placements of planets in their own houses are sure the cause of  his abundant success in his business of investing. Apart from these factors we can also see the Naisargika Dhanakaraka Jupiter being the lagna lord aspecting the Sagittarius Ascendant.Retrograde Saturn being the Second lord of wealth is placed in the Ascendant and is aspected by Jupiter.

On Saturn's short term transit from 9th February,2014 till 24th March

Saturn temporarily enters Scorpio around 9th February and will be transiting the sign for 43 days before turning retrograde on March 2 nd and returns to Libra on the 24th March. This is the chart of Dr.Manmohan Singh Prime minister of India.His birth details are given on the astrosage web site.On a study of his chart we can see four planets Moon,Mercury,Saturn and Rahu in their own signs resulting in his high success and becoming the Prime Minister of the country.

The conjunction of Mercury and Sun in his 10 th house of Status,Profession and authority is forming a Sreenatha Yoga which is another reason of his reaching to the top position. This yoga is said to confer power equal to that of Indra on the native.He became the Prime minister on the 22nd May 2004 when he was running Rahu-Mercury.Both planets are benefics in his chart as afore said.

There are some negative aspects in his chart :
1.Mercury which is forming the Sreenatha Yoga as said above is 'Combust'.

2.His ascendant lord Jupiter is placed in his 9th house Leo which is owned by Sun,the King among planets but is conjunct the Rahu/Ketu axis.This conjunction results in a Guru Chandala Yoga which results in the native associating with lowly people though he is very righteous.

The Saturn - Mars Mutual aspect and Discovering the Great Canyon of Greenland

Two days back on the 30th of August, Scientists have announced discovering a Great Canyon under the thick Ice sheet of Greenland.The discovery was made by NASA's technologically advanced radars. A canyon is a deep gorge/valley flanked on both sides by mountains and with a river flowing through it like the one found in North America.

Apart from the spurt in confrontations between world countries on the issue of Syria and escalation in other forms of violence, i feel, discovery of the Great Canyon in Green land, beneath the ice cover is one more event resulting due to the ongoing mutual aspect of Mars -  Saturn and the Saturn's conjunction with Rahu.Mars, currently is in the watery sign of Cancer in debilitation and is aspected by Saturn from Libra.Mars as we know is the Bhoomi karaka and signifies all that which pertains to land. Saturn on the other hand is the planet of restriction and obstruction and by this nature is the karaka for formation of Ice. While all of water on the earth is signified by Moon,  ice is formed only due to the Saturnine influence on water. All the areas which are covered by ice like the North  and South Poles and in this context Greenland can be said to be under the influence of Saturn as they are covered by thick ice layer.

Saturn's aspect over the watery sign of Cancer signifies an area with Icy surface and presence of Mars in the sign shows the land beneath the said surface.Conjunction of Rahu with Saturn signifies previously unknown knowledge as Rahu is the significator of mysteries and Saturn signifies secrets.

Jupiter's Transit of Gemini - Trigger for Indian Economic reforms and liberalisation

 In the wake of continuous deflation of the Indian rupee in recent times, i wanted to study the astrological factors which may have contributed to the fall in the rupee value at present and also in the history of Independant India using the Indian Independance chart erected for 15th August 1947. Jupiter in the Independance chart is the 8th and 11th lord and his transit of Gemini is for sure bringing upheavals in the Indian economy not only in the current times but also in the past. As per the Writeup, economic reforms were attempted in India earlier in 1966,1985 and then in 1991. The earlier two attempts were unsuccessful and were reversed within short time. But the reforms made in 1991 were successful.

In 1966,Jupiter was transiting the Sign Gemini. Gemini in the Indian Independance chart has an SAV score of only 19 out of 56. In the year Rupee was devalued by the Government under extraordinary conditions,when foreign aid was cut off by USA and other developed countries.In 1985,Jupiter was transiting the sign Capricorn which is his debilitation sign and with an SAV Score of 20 out of 56.In this year economic reforms were initiated by Rajiv Gandhi but were stopped in the year 1987.
Jupiter is the Natural/Naisargika Dhana Karaka along with being the lord of Gains(11th lord) and also of impediments(8th lord) in the Indian context and his transit of the signs with lowest Bindus in the SAV chart is surely triggering economic upheavals which result in the corrective economic reforms and liberalisation.Also Gemini is the Second house of wealth from Taurus ascendant.

In 1978,when Jupiter was again transiting in Gemini, it is around the period when the growth in GDP was very less at 3.5% and less than that of Pakistan and other third world countries 

In 1990,the economy was again in doldrums with the country unable to pay up for the balance of payments and has mortgaged the 'Gold' reserves(Gold is signified by Jupiter) of the country to bail out from the crisis.In the year Jupiter was again transiting the sign Gemini and in the year 1991 July economic reforms were brought in by the then Sri PV Narasimha Rao led Congress government. 

The next transit of Jupiter in Gemini was in the year 2001 and the trend was broken when a strong Saturn with a BAV of 7 out 8 was transiting the sign Taurus which is the ascendant of India having an SAV of 44 out of 56 which is undoubtedly an exceptionally strong transit of Saturn.This transit resulted in the economy growing leaps and bounds during this transit of Saturn and bypassed the negative effects of Jupiter's transit in Gemini at that time.

Now again in 2013,Jupiter is transiting in the Sign Gemini from  the end of May this year and is causing the current economic crisis. This crisis would surely trigger another phase in the economic reforms/liberalisation in the coming year when Jupiter transits in the sign Cancer,which is his exaltation sign.
