Om Poornamadaah poornamidam

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्ण मिदं पूर्णात् पूर्ण मुदच्यते 
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते

 That is full,this is also full.
This fullness came from that Fullness.
Though this Fullness comes from that Fullness,That fullness remains forever full.
