Following are the Special Nakshatras as per the Aadhanaadi Nakshatra Scheme :

Janma Nakshatra

Every person is born in a specific time and in a specific Nakshatra. The Nakshatra in which a person is born is called his Janam Nakshatra. This Nakshatra is related to the Moon at the time of birth. Hence, the sign in which the Moon is present during the birth is known as Janamkaalin Chandrama. If Janam Nakshatra during the time of birth is in a weak state and is in transit, a person has the fear of death and has to face a lot of difficulties in life.

Vainashik Nakshatra

There is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the counting of this Nakshatra. Some scholars count this Nakshtra along with Abhijeet Nakshatra and some without it. Hence, this Nakshatra can be either twenty second or twenty third from Janam Nakshatra. If Malefic planets are passing through this Nakshatra during transit, a person can suffer from health problems. Such a person also faces revolts from his friends and family.

Detection of Weak Nakshatras

Every Nakshatra is considered to be weak in some specific conditions. These conditions are as follows :

1.The Nakshatra in which Saturn or Sun transit.
2.The Nakshatra intruded by Mars or in which a strong Mars transits.
3.The Nakshatra affected by an eclipse.
4.The Nakshatra which is naturally different.
5.The Nakshatra in which Ketu transits.

Benefics or malefics situated in these constellations in their transit bring good or bad results related to the area covered by the nakshatra. However, it should be kept in mind that the results will be with respect to the native.

For example :
Malefics transiting in desa nakshatra may not ruin one's country. After all, any country has almost the same number of people with desa nakshatra in each constellation. When  many malefics are transiting in desa nakshatra, one may be driven away from one's country or start hating one's country.
Similarly, many malefics transiting in jaati nakshatra may alienate one from one's community. Many benefics transiting in karma nakshatra may give success at workplace. This is how these special nakshatras should be
used. Sometimes, using these nakshtras gives special insights that cannot be gained by looking at any divisional chart.
