Kemadruma Yoga is formed when the 2nd & the 12th house from the Moon is vacant.

this is a inauspicious Yoga of Horoscope. Even for the native born in a Royal family, faces the extreme bad circumstances and adversity . The native is sinful, malicious, unhappy, engages in undesirable activities, poor, cunning, sorrowful, dependent, dirty, a rogue and a swindler.
Now It would be foolish to talk about such one liner results and that too in such a rigid blunt expressions as mentioned above, if you see someone with this Yoga. Because in reality this does not happen.
Every Horoscope has many good promising yogas to uplift Native Horoscope positively . It may happen that some powerful good Yoga may take over the bad effects of this Yoga and make them defunction.

we know that Jupiter in Cancer is Exalted in Vedic Astrology , but as per Nadi astrology if there are no planets in Gemini, Leo, and Capricorn, then this Jupiter is concerned to be a very weak Planet. In other words if Jupiter has no planets in the 2nd, 12th, or 7th from it, then even it may be in own Signs or exalted Sign, yet it would be considered as a Debilitated planet as we belive for Moon and call it Kemadruma Yoga in Parashari Astrology.
Same for Saturn as per Nadi astrology if Saturn' has no planets in the 2nd, 12th, or 7th from it, then even it may be in own Signs or exalted Sign, yet it would be considered as a Debilitated planet.
The cancellation of Kemdruma Yoga is said to take place in two ways:-
1) If the moon is conjoined with any other Planet, Kemudruma Yoga is cancelled.
2) If the Moon is in a Kendra (Quadrant) from the Lagna, it cancels the Kemudruma Yoga.
A Note for the practical thinking Mind:-
Even if one has a Kemudruma Yoga you can check its strength. How?
Just study the strength of the 2nd and the 12th lord from the Moon Sign. The Yoga would of course be present and cannot be wiped off, but if the 2nd and 12th lords are strongly placed (In Own Sign, Exalted Sign, or friends House), then the evil results of this Yoga would be toned down to a great extent.
On the other hand if the Lords of the 2nd and 12th from the Moon, are say debilitated, or in signs of their enemy or afflicted, then the evil effects accruing from this Yoga, would be intensified manifold and full impact of this inauspicious Yoga would manifest upon the native.
